The plants versus zombies map for Minecraft is a fun and exciting expansion to the already popular Minecraft game. The goal is to protect your house from a horde of zombies bent on destruction. Using such awesome features as auto firing plants and land mines, you try to defend your house from the onslaught of the zombies.

Object of the game:The game begins when you press the start button; which releases the zombies. At which point they begin traveling up water paths towards your home. Standing in their way are plants, which are placed strategically along the zombie’s path. If they are able to make it past the different flower obstacles, you have the chance to kill them through the use of well placed land mines. You are also able to defend and destroy by your own hand; using a bow and arrow you can attempt to kill the zombies while standing on top of a tower facing your house. Your goal is to defend your house for as long as you can. There is a visible health bar above the house. Each zombie succeeds in reaching the house causes the health of the house to be decreased.

Features of the game:The game also features the use of the zombie cam, which allows you to witness the carnage first hand. For each zombie you are able to kill you receive a prescribed number of gold ingots. When you want to collect the gold you can press the play/pause button and halt the advancing zombies. Once you collect the gold you can then repair and grow your plants by feeding them. When you toss in a gold ingot you are able to regenerate your plants health or spawn new ones for five minutes. The gold can also be used to purchase TNT. You are able to place the TNT along the zombies path increasing the damage done. When you are ready to resume play you simply press the play/pause button again and the zombies begin their attacks.
